Work History
Michelle has over 13 years experience working as a Psychologist at a Youth Mental Health Service. She continues to work part-time in this role and part-time in Private Practice.
She enjoys supporting adolescents, young adults and their families who are affected by mental health difficulties. Her training has been primarily based in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT); however over the past few years she has trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) which has added another model of working to her repertoire.
She has a warm, friendly nature, and is passionate about providing assessment and treatment for a range of mental health difficulties including post-traumatic stress disorder, low mood and anxiety.
Michelle is a provider of ACC Integrated Service for Sensitive Claims (ISSC) for assessment and treatment.
