I work as a counsellor and TCTSY yoga facilitator. I am an ACCregistered counsellor /social worker who has completed a 300-hour Trauma CentreTrauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) facilitator training programme.

Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) is an evidenced based intervention designed for individuals diagnosed with PTSD, complex trauma or enduring treatment- resistant post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). TCTSY is an evidence-based methodology that integrates trauma theory, attachment theory, and neuroscience with yoga philosophy and practice.

Individual TCTSY is for kiritaki who are interested in yoga as an adjunct therapy and/or

 Classes usually run for between 30-45 mins

 Choices in how you would like to move your body are offered throughout.
