Heather believes we are all unique and precious individuals that long to feel safe, validated, loved and understood in our relationships with ourselves, our whānau, our friends, and our community.

Heather has experience in working with individuals in many areas including anxiety, childhood trauma, parenting, change, stress, relationship challenges, and loneliness.

She uses a holistic gentle and warm client centred approach using the modalities of person-centred therapy, narrative, solution focused, cognitive behaviour therapy and trauma informed somatic therapy. Her aim is providing a safe space where individuals are invited to work collaboratively through the difficult experiences that we can all face in life in seeking to promote restoration and positive change.
