Susan is a qualified, Registered, Social Worker with 21 years working in the community. She has worked as a Contract Social Worker since 2021.

Susan’s experience of working with trauma, childhood sexual abuse, family violence, mental health and addiction grew out of working in the community in the NGO sector. The focus was family social work. Susan is committed to support ACC Kiritaki in the community and work alongside the Lead Provider to assist the Kiritaki in their recovery.

She maintains her professional development and practice certificates with the Social Workers Registration Board and is a long-term member of the Aotearoa New Zealand Social Workers Association.

She holds a current Practicing Certificate through The Social Work Registration Board (SWRB).

She is a long-term member of the Aotearoa New Zealand Association of Social Workers (ANZASW)
